The location was good and fab, very close to several excellent cafes in Dale and Water Street which are within two or three minutes' walk, even the shopping area, and Liverpool's shops, bars and restaurants, in a shopping area.

I booked it many times and can't recommend highly enough. Sincerely, it was a very nice stay for a special celebration. The pool area was nice and the location was excellent, right by several excellent cafes, good restaurants, and train station. A few times I ate at Pizza Express, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel was fairly clean and had kind staff especially the doorman. Its location was handy, very close to all the attractions, many shops and restaurants and Liverpool. Lucky that it was just a short stroll away from Mersey Kebab Shop, offering food to go. Warm dishes were served at the attached restaurant.
Food was missed, we were a little disappointed.
